Regular screening, as recommended by your healthcare provider, is one of the best ways to take care of your breast health. Getting to know how your breasts normally look and feel, what many experts call breast self-awareness, is another: it helps you notice changes and bring them to your doctor early.
A monthly self-exam is a convenient, no-cost way to build that awareness at any age. And it doesn’t have to feel clinical. Here’s how we turn it into a nurturing ritual.
Set the mood
Start with a warm soak in our CBD Ritual Bath: Dead Sea salt, pink Himalayan salt, whole plant hemp extract, herbs and a delicious mix of essential oils. Light a candle, turn on some music and give yourself time.
Made solely with organic, all-natural ingredients, our bath and body products are rich in the plant compounds that naturally occur in hemp, along with herbs and botanicals cherished for their soothing feel. You’ll step out feeling calm, relaxed and refreshed.
Add a little glide
A splash of our Massage Oil or Intimacy Oil helps your fingers glide smoothly during your exam, and they smell amazing.

If you feel a lump
Most women have some lumps or lumpy areas in their breasts, and most breast lumps turn out to be benign, caused by things like normal hormonal changes, a benign breast condition or an injury. Still, contact your healthcare provider about any new lump or change so it can be checked. Here’s some helpful advice on what to do next.
The more you get to know your breasts, the more confident you’ll feel caring for yourself. For more on breast health, visit breastcancer.org.
