Shipping in the US
Every order ships with USPS Ground Advantage and includes tracking. We aim to send orders out within one business day of purchase, though we can’t guarantee it during busy times.
- Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days after your order ships.
- You’ll get email updates along the way, from the moment your order ships until it’s delivered.
- Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start updating.
- Shipping is free on US orders over $49. Orders under $49 ship for a flat $8.
- Need it fast? Choose USPS Priority Mail Express at checkout for delivery in 1–2 business days, for $40.
International shipping
International orders are welcome and ship for a flat $35.
As the customer, you’re responsible for knowing and following your country’s rules on receiving hemp oil products. Moon Mother Medicinals LLC isn’t liable if an order can’t be delivered because of local laws, customs documentation, unpaid customs duties or other requirements outside the United States.
We currently can’t ship to China, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Iran, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia or the United Arab Emirates.
Damaged, lost or stolen packages
If anything arrives damaged, let us know and we’ll ship a replacement right away. A photo of the damage helps us sort it out quickly.
If your package is lost or stolen, contact us and we may be able to help out.

Not in love? Send it back within 30 days of delivery, even if it’s opened, for an exchange or a full refund.
- You can return a product even if you’ve tried it.
- Choose an exchange for another product, or a full refund of the product price and your original shipping charges.
- The cost of shipping your return to us is paid by you.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method once your return arrives.

We’ll reply with our return address. Ship the product back to us with tracking. - Get your exchange or refund
Once your return arrives, we’ll send your exchange or issue your refund, and email you to confirm.
