The hemp is CO2-extracted as a whole plant extract with over 80 naturally occurring phytocannabinoids (including CBD, CBG, CBN and trace THC), amino acids, vitamins, trace minerals, omegas and other phytonutrients. Available in 500 mg, 1000 mg and 2000 mg.

Your ideal serving size depends on many factors, including your size, weight and other physiological considerations, as well as the goals you hope to achieve.

Many people begin with a 10 mg serving taken orally (swallowed, or held under the tongue for 60 seconds) one to three times a day, then gradually increase or decrease the serving size and frequency as desired. A common adult serving ranges from 10 to 50 mg of hemp extract per day.

To measure 10 mg from the 500 mg bottle, draw the oil up to the 0.6 mL line on the graduated dropper.
