Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us, or the age of majority where you live if that’s higher. By placing an order, you confirm that you are.
Our products
Our products are made with organic hemp oil. Product descriptions, photos and serving suggestions are for general information, and every batch’s lab results are available on our lab results page.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Please talk with your healthcare provider before using CBD, especially if you’re pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. For pets, check with your veterinarian.
It’s your responsibility to know whether hemp products are allowed where you live or are shipping to.
Orders and pricing
- Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
- We try to show products and prices accurately. If we find an error, we’ll contact you and may cancel the order and refund you.
- We may limit quantities or decline an order, for example if we suspect fraud or resale without a wholesale account.
- Sales tax is added where required, based on your shipping address.
Coupons and discounts
- Coupon codes have no cash value and can’t be exchanged or refunded.
- Coupon codes can’t be combined unless the offer says so. Each code’s terms apply, including any expiration date.
- We may end or change a promotion at any time, and may cancel orders that misuse a code.
Subscribe & Save
When you subscribe to a product, we’ll charge your saved payment method and ship your order on the schedule you choose (every 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks) until you cancel. You can skip, change or cancel a delivery any time from your account before it’s processed.

Your account
Keep your login details private and let us know right away if you think someone else has used your account. You’re responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Wholesale accounts
Wholesale pricing is only for approved businesses. Separate wholesale terms, including minimum orders and pricing, are shared when your account is approved.
Our content and your reviews
The text, photos, logos and designs on this site belong to Moon Mother or our partners, and you may not copy or use them without permission.
When you post a review or other content, you give us permission to use it on our site and in our marketing. Reviews must be honest and your own, and we may remove content that’s false, offensive or makes health claims.
Warranties and liability
Our site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we don’t make promises beyond what’s written in these terms and on our product pages, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages. If we are liable to you, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Boulder County, Colorado.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
