Q: How much do I apply to my pet?

A: It depends on the size of the affected space and the desired outcome, but a little goes a long way. We suggest starting with a pea-size amount, and you can always add more if you need it.

 

Q: Is it safe for pets to ingest the balm?

A: Our CBD Pet Care Balm is not intended to be ingested, but we know sometimes our pets lick their aching joints, especially after applying an ointment. So if your pet does lick the area, it’s ok. Our products are always completely organic and this product is free of essential oils. If you’re interested in ingestibles, try our CBD Pet Care Tincture.

Our only natural pet hemp balm is made with USDA organic full spectrum hemp extract to soothe sore paws and other external irritations. This 2 fl oz jar contains 300 mg of CBD, and it uses the natural power of hemp to give your pet relief with muscles, joints, skin, and anywhere they may be having discomfort. It keeps noses, paws and elbows soft and can relieve discomfort associated with cuts, scratches or irritation.

Along with the power of hemp, our CBD pet balm contains an all-natural mixture of ingredients to soothe and moisturize your pet’s skin. This includes olive oil and beeswax for hydration, comfrey for skin support, and calendula, which has been used for ages as a supportive herb.

Apply the CBD pet balm directly to the affected area. This can be the paws’ pads, skin or nose.  Store the product in a cool, dry place. We suggest starting with a pea-sized amount. You can always apply more.
